Meet Mykee,

The one woman show behind Nourish Bread Co. I began making sourdough in 2021 for fun and quickly fell in love with the process. There is something so satisfying about making food from scratch.

Spending many years gluten free, I found I could digest long fermented breads easier. I began sharing my loaves with friends and to my surprise they loved them! It brings such joy to my heart making food for others that is truly nourishing. Let’s break bread together!

Meet Potato!

Although he doesn’t help bake, Po is our best boy and does live in house. He isn’t allowed in the kitchen while loaves are in production, although he prefers hiding upstairs from the loud oven and mixer noises!
