For maximum freshness, open loaf the day of pick up. best consumed within 3 days. Our loaves are made without preservations and will mold potentially quicker than store bought bread. 

If not consuming within 3 days, slice up loaf and store in freezer. 

Do not refrigerate! Loaf will store well in the freezer, or at room temp in original packaging, bread box, or beeswax wrap.

Does your loaf need a refresh? Turn your sink faucet on and soak loaf for a few seconds, stick in oven at 360 for 5-15 minutes to toast back up!
